On 22 October, SHARC Energy announced a purchase order worth more than C$5 million from the City of Surrey, British Columbia, for a district-energy sewer heat-recovery project. Three SHARC 880 systems will deliver 6 MW of thermal capacity, helping recover energy from wastewater and reduce reliance on natural gas across the district-energy network.
